This is a follow up session to establishing yourself with your practitioner and your Womb Health History. You must come to a New Patient visit first to establish this history. In these sessions we get to sacredly connect with your SOMA (MInd, heart, body, womb, ovaries, yoni and spirit). You'll be educated and empowered on how to have a healthier relationship to your SOMA and we'll move through various exercises to help you connect deeper and orient you inward to help resolve any areas of disassociation.
